Should we reschedule our meeting?

For those who don’t know, April 2nd between 9AM and 2PM the annual Military and Veterans Appreciation Day will be held at the state capitol. This means our Commanders Coalition Meeting will be conducted during the event.
I need to know if I should reschedule our meeting or keep it the same.
